Analysts compared average checks on the purchase of skewers, mangal, charcoal, ignition and the finished set of serving meat from April 1 to April 15 of this and last year. The average check of such a set in the 2020-m amounted to 1561 ruble.
Mangals in 2021 went up by 48 percent, now the average price is 977 rubles. Shampurists have become more expensive than 5 percent – up to 254 rubles, ignition products – by 43 percent, up to 195 rubles, ready meat set for kebab – by 15 percent, up to 304 rubles.
Previously, a nutritionist Margarita Makuha told about the benefits of kebab. According to her, in any meat there are amino acids necessary for humans. In addition, a picnic ride is a good stress removal tool.
