The Ministry of Finance called the sources of money to achieve the goals voiced in the message of President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the deputy department.
The main sources of financing can be a reserve fund of the government, additional nonnephtegase income, as well as the federal budget in which expenses will be redistributed.
In total, about 400 billion rubles will be required to be implemented by the President of the goals in two years, separate this year – 270 billion.
Previously, Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the voiced measures should not be considered to be “dreaming”, and their number is due to the fact that Russia is a social state.
