Putin promised to build a high-speed highway to Urals for three years

In the course of Message to the Federal Assembly, Russian President Vladimir Putin promised for three years not only to complete the construction of the high-speed roadway from Moscow to Kazan, but also to extend it to Yekaterinburg. The broadcast of the event leads YouTube-channel RT.

According to the head of state, taking into account the current high-speed route from Moscow to St. Petersburg and the Central Ring Road (CCAD) around the capital by 2024 it will be possible to ensure that motor vehicles will be able to move across the entire European territory of Russia, from the Baltic Sea to the Urals.
