Investigative of Russia in the organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW), Alexander Shulgin believes that the claims on the situation with the founder of the Foundation for the fight against corruption (FBK, included the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the register of organizations performing the functions of a foreign agent) Alexei Navalny needs to be addressed not to Russia. He stated this at the conference of the participating countries of the OPCW, reports TASS.
According to Schulgin, the answers to questions must be obtained from Germany, France and Sweden. This is due to the fact that they violate the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which “obliges States to provide legal assistance and solve all the problematic issues that arise through dialogue and consultations.”
he added that the OPCH technical secretariat did not provide Moscow to the study of the incident, while the countries refused to publish a substance formula that was allegedly used in navalne poisoning. “For this unpreparedness (…), it is likely that the desire to continue to continue the development of [this substance], without informing the OPCH,” the postprand indicated.
According to him, the German authorities also “actively oppose the investigative inspection in Russia on this incident, preventing the establishment of truth.” In particular, they do not provide law enforcement offices requested information.
Earlier on April 20, PACE demanded to provide a bulk medical assistance in a correctional colony, as well as to free it. In March, Shulgin accused Western countries in concealing data on the situation with the bulk.

On August 22, he was taken to the German clinic, whose doctors declared the poisoning of the Russian substance from the Novice group. Russian physicians of traces of poisons did not find.
