To verify the assumption, the author acquired a new PlayStation 4 Slim, removed the battery and tried to run any game without connecting to the network. It turned out that in this case the prefix issues an error with CE-30391-6 code.
Forest said that the error occurs both in the event of the launch of digital games and physical copies on the disks. In the absence of autonomous power, allowing you to check the present date and time, and connecting to the Sony server and the PSN store, the console refuses to function. After the actions made, the author connected to the Internet – the prefix asked him to enter the login and password of the account, and then allowed to start the game.
