According to analysts, this fields include production, industry (18 percent) and transport (8 percent). Another 6 percent got an increase, working in the IT and construction industries, and the awards – 5 percent of security officers. 2 percent of respondents who received a quarterly premium are occupied in Retail, restaurant business or marketing, advertising and PR. More than five thousand people from all regions of Russia participated in the study.
Earlier in April, the Superjob service presented the results of the study, which showed that the Russians are ready to abandon career growth for the salary increase. “The importance of financial motivation is growing with the age of employees: the older the respondents, the more often they choose money,” the analysts noticed. Among the Russians over 45 years old, the majority (86 percent) preferred money to increase. Citizens from 18 to 24 would have chosen money in 66 percent of cases.
Also in April, it became known that more than a third of the citizens (36 percent) are ready to work for the “black” salary. In many respects, it is an agreement to receive money “in envelope” affects the level of income: among those who receive 30 thousand per month, the share of those who would refuse to receive money is 32 percent, and people with earnings are more than 80 thousand rubles – already 43 percentage.
