The first flight of a person in space is one of the main events of the 20th century. On April 12, 1961, Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin said: “We went” and on the ship “Vostok” passed over the Earth for 108 minutes. On the eve of this significant date, the center of operation of the objects of ground-based space infrastructure (part of the state corporation “Roscosmos”) with the participation of the TV channel Russia Today initiated a special project “Cosmos as a vocation”.
In the framework of the project, outstanding representatives of various professions speak of the importance of space development, about the feat of Yuri Gagarin and how space is associated with their activities.
