Then the former deputy mayor of Strasbourg was stolen by an expensive electric bike, and a few days later he discovered an announcement of its sale on the website Leboncoin. A former official immediately appealed to the police, which contacted the seller. He appointed a meeting near the black entrance of the Russian consulate.
A man showed four bikes, the serial number at one of which coincided with stolen, and presented a fake receipt about their purchase with the seal of the Russian consulate. The police detained Russian, confiscated bicycles from him and delivered to the interrogation, but a day later, they were released at the time of the investigation. Soon the driver went to Russia allegedly due to health problems.
