In the interaction of the branch of the Roscosmos State Corporation on the Eastern and Eastern Regional Branch of the Interregional Public Organization “Russian Academy of Cosmonautics named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky” in ZATO Tsiolkovsky created the Amur Regional Public Patriotic Children and Youth Organization “Young Gagarini”.
Creating a similar public organization, the main purpose of which would be an ordered individually oriented organization of professional orientation into providing space activities of the Russian Federation, the patriotic education of the citizens of the Russian Federation, the creation and development of the scientific and educational environment in the Tsolkovsky and the eastern cosmodrome became a pressing necessity.
Application of a mass approach to professional orientation and the preparation of future specialists in the form of an organization of aerospace classes shows not a very high level of success in organizing the preparation and replenishment of highly qualified personnel in ensuring the space activities of the Russian Federation.
“Young Gagarintsy”, as an ordered non-profit public organization, was established to promote public, patriotic initiatives, the implementation of creative, cognitive, socially useful and volunteer, as well as other socially significant activities in the interests of ensuring the implementation of space activities of the Russian Federation by family Activities of the state corporation “Roscosmos”.

- Organization of the organization and reception of members in the Amur Region and other subjects of the Russian Federation related to training for implementation and with space activities.
- In collaboration with interested organizations and institutions, the creation and development on the basis of Tsiolkovsky comprehensive scientific and educational center of the Eastern cosmodrome.
