In Russia, the procedure for the appointment of social surcharge to pension will change. It will be installed without a statement. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of Mintruda.
From January 1, 2022, social surcharge will be established in progressive order from the date of the pension appointment. The ministry also approves the algorithm of actions of the territorial bodies of the FIU when exchanging data with regional executive authorities.
Earlier, the party of pensioners demanded to liquidate the Pension Fund of Russia (FIU), since he does not benefit to anyone, except for his own employees. The authors of the initiative believe that payments to pensioners should go directly from the federal budget. The FFR is accused of excessive spending on their own needs.
In February, it became known that the Ministry of Finance of Russia is developing a new pension reform that modifies a voluntary accumulative system.
