Employees began to agree on surveillance

Almost half of the workers (44 percent) worldwide are ready to allow employers to monitor with the help of sensors and other wearable devices. This is stated in the PWC study.

31 percent respondents opposed this. About 41 percent do not want to provide an employer access to their personal data, including profiles on social networks. I would agree on it 35 percent of respondents. In addition, 60 percent of respondents began to worry that automation poses their future.

The survey also showed that only one of ten respondents wishes to return from the remote to the office. Three quarters of respondents (75 percent) want to work in an organization that contributes a “positive contribution to society.” The survey took part 32.5 thousand people from the 19 countries.

Most Russians (55 percent) have already returned to work in the office. Another 30 percent remain on the remote, including five percent, which will work remotely for a whole year with last spring. About 15 percent work in a combined format – partly from the office and partly from the house.
