Deputy Foreign Ministry of Russia Alexander Grushko promised that Moscow will take measures in response to the EU sanctions because of Alexey Navalny (founder of the Foundation for the Fight of Corruption, which is included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of organizations that perform the functions of a foreign agent).
