In the city of Zvenigorod, a conference on plasma physics and a managed synthesis, which is held annually with the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on Plasma Physics and Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the complex problem of “Low-Temperature Plasma Physics”.
In the section “The” Physical Fundamentals of Plasma and Radiation Technologies “section, the senior researcher at the M.V. Research Center Keldysh (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”) Alexei Turkin presents the report “Electronic beam generators based on an open discharge with a rooting of electrons with a gas blowing through a discharge channel”.
The report covered a method for improving the efficiency of generating electron beams in the air through a stationary open discharge with electrons fleeing due to the modification of the design of the electron beam generator. This technology is applicable to solve problems for the conversion of gas, metal processing and pumping dielectric lasers.
