Prime Minister Italy announced readiness to hurt vaccine Astrazeneca

ITALY Prime Minister Mario Dragi said he was ready to vaccinate the British-Swedish company Astrazeneca. This is reported by TASS.

73-year-old politician reported that recording for vaccination for its age category is already open. However, he has not yet left his application. “But I have no problem in order to make [vaccine] Astrazeneca,” said Draghi.

According to the prime minister, his son earlier took part in campaign for vaccination against coronavirus infection.

On March 19, AstraZeneca’s Chancellor Angela Merkel said about his readiness to hire a vaccine. “I would have given a vaccine Astrazeneca, but I have to wait for my turn. I would do it anyway,” she said. At the same time, she did not exclude that Germany will be independently purchasing the Russian Vaccine “Satellite V” if the European Union does not reach a general solution.

Earlier, the European Medicinal Agency (EMA) concluded that the Vaccine of the British-Swedish company Astrazeneca is safe, despite reports on the occurrence of thrombosis after the administration of the drug. The regulator recommended warning patients about such risks and indicate them in the description of the drug. After that, European countries began to resume the use of the vaccine.
