SME Bank increased volume of guarantee support for SMEs by 12 percent

SME Bank, a subsidiary bank of the SME Corporation, by the end of 2020 increased the volume of guarantees provided to SMEs for participation in procurement activities under 223-FZ, 44-FZ, compared to 2019, by 12 tons percent, to 29.2 billion rubles … Thanks to guarantees from SME Bank, small and medium-sized companies managed to attract more than 161 billion rubles of financial support in 2020. This is stated in the message of the SME Bank.

In the regional context, the volume of guarantee support increased more than others in the Southern Federal District (by 61 percent compared to 2019), as well as in the North Caucasus and Ural Federal Districts (by 29 and 28 percent, respectively).

In the sectoral context, the most active growth was the volume of guarantees provided to entrepreneurs in the service sector (27 percent compared to last year) and construction (15 percent).

SME Bank provides SMEs with various types of bank guarantees addressed to any customer located on the territory of the Russian Federation, within the framework of 223-FZ and 44-FZ. The maximum amount of a bank guarantee is 1 billion rubles, the value of the guarantee is from 2 percent per annum.
