The head of the European department of the World Health Organization (WHO), Hans Kluge, announced the first signs that the incidence of coronavirus has resumed in Europe. He stated this in his Twitter -account.

According to him, four of the ten countries in the world with the highest number of cases of COVID-19 infections in the last 24 hours are located in the European region. In this regard, Kluge announced the need to take measures to prevent the transmission of the virus.
Earlier, the infectious disease specialist Yevgeny Timakov said that the increase in the incidence of coronavirus in Russia will begin in mid-April. The specialist added that if the recommendations for combating coronavirus are not followed, the surge can be very strong. Timakov did not rule out that the British strain of COVID-19 will come to Russia in the period he named.
