Revelation about quarrels of Meghan Markle with courtiers over expensive clothes

Sources close to the royal family told about the quarrels between the wife of Prince Harry Meghan Markle and the courtiers, which arose because of expensive gifts from popular brands. Their words are quoted by The Sun.

It is reported that boxes with luxury clothes were regularly received in the name of the Duchess of Sussex at Kensington Palace after the public became aware of her affair with the prince. In this regard, the servants warned Markle many times about the rule that she is not allowed to accept these things for free.

“As an actress, she could very well accept gifts from fashion firms and designers. But Meghan said it’s better not to do this if you are a member of the royal family,” the source explained.

Despite this, as the newspaper writes, the duchess always ignored the recommendations and appeared in public in clothes that she got for free. Especially often she got into the lenses of photographers in the outfits of Stella McCartney, Givenchy, Prada and Chanel.

This behavior, in particular, drew criticism from the courtiers. Subsequently, many admitted that Meghan Markle’s stay in the palace “completely destroyed them”.

Earlier in March, Meghan Markle said she was the victim of a smear campaign from royal courtiers after it was reported in the British press that she mistreated her assistants. The Duchess’s lawyers added that she was “extremely upset by the attacks, as she herself was the target of bullying and is dedicated to supporting those who have gone through similar experiences, experienced pain and psychological trauma.”
