A new virtual laboratory is now available at MES

A virtual laboratory on robotics has appeared in the MES library. It will help students to consolidate and expand their skills in building electrical circuits. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.

A new virtual laboratory on the technology “Using microcontrollers” has appeared in the MES Library. The solution is a tool for creating virtual circuits using the Arduino Uno microcontroller board model and other circuit components. With its help, schoolchildren who are fond of robotics can learn the principles of programming a microcontroller, the basics of circuitry, as well as learn how to model and design electronic devices and conduct experiments not only in the classroom, but also at home.

“The MES Library is not just a collection of educational materials, it is a real educational environment for students. Moreover, an environment that meets modern requirements. Virtual laboratories allow you to conduct experiments in various subjects without leaving your home. The new laboratory will allow you to get and improve programming skills used in robotics, one of the most popular modern competencies, “- said the vice-mayor.

In the virtual laboratory “Using microcontrollers” you can assemble and demonstrate the operation of a circuit, implement various circuit solutions based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller: build a circuit, program the behavior of the microcontroller and use it to control the devices connected to it. All components of the application convey the key features of the behavior of their real counterparts.

To make it easier and more convenient to work in the virtual laboratory, it has a hint system that will help you learn in detail about all its capabilities. In addition, the developers have prepared a video tutorial for users, which can be viewed by logging into the MES.

The Microcontroller Usage Laboratory has become the ninth in the MES Library available to schoolchildren. Earlier in it appeared mathematical laboratories “Stereometry”, “Planimetry”, “Graphs of functions” and physical “Optics”, “Mechanics”, “Electrodynamics”, “Molecular Physics”, as well as a laboratory on the technology “Logitarium”.

MES virtual laboratories are a versatile tool for exciting experiments that help students master the curriculum in various subjects. In order to conduct online experiments, users need to go to the MES Library, go to the MES Library under their account, select a laboratory in the “Laboratories” tab and run the program.
