According to the bank, in January, users made more than 960 thousand transactions daily in VTB Capital Investments trading systems, their turnover amounted to 124.6 billion a day. The share of transactions made at VTB My Investments amounted to 76.25 percent.
Customer support in 2020 worked from 9:00 to 19:00 Moscow time. At the end of the year, the service was extended until 21:00, and from the second half of January 2021 – until 02:00. At the end of January 2021, the VTB My Investments mobile application added the functionality of extended trading until 2 am on the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange for American securities. The option is also available in your personal account on the VTB broker’s website and in Quik. With the launch of the expanded functionality, VTB Capital Investments provided their clients with the longest trading session on the market: transactions can be made within 16 hours, from 10:00 to 02:00 Moscow time.
