Doctor named a way to improve vision in three minutes a day

Ophthalmologist Rui Hiramats named a way to improve vision in three minutes a day. The portal abc.es informs about it.

According to him, eyes need to be trained regularly. The first method is the Gabor spot exercises, which are special patterns for finding differences. They should be performed for only three minutes a day, and the first improvements can be seen within two weeks.

The second method is thermotherapy. You need to take a towel, wet it and heat it up in a microwave oven for 30-40 seconds. Place a warm cloth over closed eyelids and wait until it cools down.

The third method is to eat spinach. It should be included in your diet as spinach helps prevent cataracts and macular degeneration.

Previously, scientists from the United States found that gastroesophageal reflux disease, one of the manifestations of which is heartburn, is associated with a high risk of developing cancer of the larynx and esophagus. A related phenomenon called acid reflux, or heartburn, damages the tissues of the esophagus and larynx, and with prolonged exposure can lead to a fatal disease – cancer.
