Biforkom Tek has raised 300 million rubles of financing from MIR, a subsidiary of the SME Corporation. This is stated in the message of the Corporation.
The support was provided by entering into capital in the amount of 210 million in the second half of 2020 and an additional contribution to capital in the amount of 90 million rubles this year.
The Biforkom Tech startup, a member of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, is focused on the development and production of computers and telecommunications equipment.
The funds received were used to expand the existing product line, as well as to develop and certify new products (industrial and service routers, GSM analyzers, high-speed switches and thin clients).

This, of course, requires serious investments, “said Alexander Isaevich, CEO of the SME Corporation.” Thanks to the financial support of MIR Management Company Biforkom Tech will significantly accelerate the process of launching new products both for existing customers and for attracting new ones. As part of a long-term development strategy with the support of MIR Management Company, the company intends to occupy its niche in the Russian market, become a strategic partner of a number of large companies and TORP status on new products. We expect that by the end of 2021, the portfolio of supported projects of MC MIR will increase by 200 million rubles.
Also the financial partner of Biforcom Tech is SME Bank, a subsidiary bank of the SME Corporation, which has provided the company with several loans over the past two years. Thanks to the support received, the company was able to organize a new production site in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ and expand production (increase the number of jobs, purchase an automated work line, create new production sites).
