Khabarovsk authorities have named an obstacle to stabilizing the situation with gasoline. Interfax reports this with reference to the press service of the regional government.
I.O. Alexander Chipizubov, chairman of the committee for the development of the fuel and energy complex, said that the fuel appeared on the free sale at gas stations, and the queues became smaller. Nevertheless, the stabilization of the situation is hampered only by the excitement, due to which a whole campaign for the resale of gasoline began in the city.
According to him, at some gas stations, the daily reserves of gasoline take a couple of hours because of speculation. At the same time, Chipizubov assured that the oil depot has fuel in sufficient quantities, and the fuel trucks are working in an enhanced mode.
As it became known earlier, in the queues at gas stations in the city began to sell places, and on the Internet there were advertisements for the sale of fuel at a price almost double the market price. For example, the author of one of these ads offered a liter of Ai-92 gasoline for 75 rubles, Ai-95 – for 80 rubles, Ai-101 – for 100 rubles.
The fuel shortage in the region arose after the gasoline production stopped due to technical problems. This led to huge queues of dozens of cars for gas stations. Drivers had to wait several hours, and some had to wait at night. Local authorities called the gasoline situation in the region extraordinary.
