The accident at TPP-3 in Norilsk occurred on May 29. As a result of the depressurization of the tank with diesel fuel, 20 thousand cubic meters of oil products were splashed out. Rosprirodnadzor estimated the damage from the accident at 147 billion rubles for water bodies and almost 739 million rubles for soil.
