The authorities of Khabarovsk promised that in the coming days they will bring an additional batch of gasoline from the Federal Reserve Agency to the region. This was announced by the Acting Governor of the Territory Mikhail Degtyarev, his words are reported by TASS. Due to fuel shortages, prices have risen there, and queues have appeared at gas stations.
“The train arrived, unloaded, and 400 tons have already gone on sale. We expect additional trains in the coming days,” Degtyarev said and promised that the fuel would be sent to the retail network immediately.
As it became known earlier, in the queues at the gas stations they have already begun to sell places, and on the Internet there were advertisements for the sale of fuel at a price almost twice the market price. For example, the author of one of these ads offers a liter of gasoline Ai-92 for 75 rubles, Ai-95 – for 80 rubles, Ai-101 – for 100 rubles, despite the fact that Ai-98 and diesel are not on sale.
The fuel shortage in the region arose after the gasoline production stopped due to technical problems. This led to huge queues of dozens of cars for gas stations. Drivers have to wait several hours, and some have to wait at night. Local authorities call the gasoline situation in the region extraordinary.
