Available Linux distribution Clonezilla Live 2.7.1 , designed for fast disk cloning (only used blocks are copied). The tasks performed by the distribution are similar to those of the proprietary Norton Ghost product. The size of the iso image of the distribution is 320 MB (i686, amd64).
The distribution is based on Debian GNU / Linux and in its work uses the code of such projects as DRBL, Partition Image, ntfsclone, partclone, udpcast. Bootable from CD / DVD, USB Flash and network (PXE). Supported LVM2 and FS ext2, ext3, ext4, reiserfs, reiser4, xfs, jfs, btrfs, f2fs, nilfs2, FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, HFS +, UFS, minix, VMFS3 and VMFS5 (VMWare ESX). There is a mode of mass cloning over the network, including the transmission of traffic in multicast mode, which makes it possible to simultaneously clone the source disk to a large number of client machines. Cloning from one disk to another is possible, as well as creating backups by saving a disk image to a file. Cloning at the level of entire disks or individual partitions is possible.
In the new version:
- Synchronized with Debian Sid packagebase as of January 27.
- Updated Linux kernel to 5.10.9 (previous version used 5.9 kernel).

- Added f3 toolkit for testing Flash drives.
- Added the ability to use the “–rescue” option to the ocs-onthefly command to call ocs-sr .
- An option has been added to prep-ocsroot to execute fsck before mounting local filesystem.

- In ocs-sr and ocs-onthefly added the ability to recover and assign a disk with reference to its serial number.
At the same time available release of the live distribution kit GParted LiveCD 1.2.0, focused on system recovery after a failure and work with disk partitions using the GParted
