All-Russian action “Career time”

One of the topical areas of work of the S.A. Lavochkin (part of the State Corporation “Roscosmos”) is an activity to attract talented motivated students in order to develop the personnel potential of the enterprise. Every year, employees of the personnel training and development department take part in all-Russian events and actions aimed at establishing cooperation and developing close ties between educational organizations of secondary and higher education and our enterprise. The geography of such cooperation is wide: from Moscow and the Moscow region to Kazan, St. Petersburg and Tomsk.

In the context of preventing the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19, the online format of interaction with educational organizations has acquired particular relevance. Master classes, lectures, presentations are held remotely. Employees of the personnel training and development department of NPO Lavochkin took part in one of such events – the All-Russian action “Career Time”, held with the support of the presidential platform of the ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”. The action brought together representatives of employers of various organizations and companies and students of leading Tomsk universities: TUSUR, NI TSU, NI TPU.

Workers of NPO Lavochkin made a presentation to the students, telling about the history of the enterprise, the main areas of activity and projects, about career prospects and working conditions in the Company. Particular attention was paid to the issues of practical training – students received comprehensive information about the format and regulations of the practice at the enterprise.

A video message for the students of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics was recorded by Alexey Kulakov, a graduate of this university, and now – an electronic engineer of the department of onboard radioelectronic equipment of NPO Lavochkin. Alexey wished the guys to confidently go towards their goals, to achieve success in training and in their chosen profession.

In addition, a quiz was organized and conducted for the children – an intellectual quiz with unusual questions from various fields of knowledge, including on space topics. Quiz received positive feedback not only from the students who took part in the quiz, but also from the organizers of the action who watched the events. According to the results of the game, two leaders were determined – Victoria Baladurina, a student of TUSUR, and Alina Mehovich, a student of TPU. Gifts with the corporate identity of our enterprise were sent to Tomsk before the New Year holidays, and today we have received a response from the organizers of the action – gifts were presented to the winners.

Such events play a key role in attracting young and promising personnel to our enterprise and in expanding the areas of cooperation and interaction with educational organizations.
