Russian producer Yana Rudkovskaya was outraged by the application of a Penza businessman to register a brand, the name of which coincides with the nickname of her son. This was announced on Monday, January 25, by the “Ridus” edition.
On January 11, a businessman from Nizhnelomovskiy district Shukhrat Rakhimov turned to Rospatent, wishing to open his own brand of fashionable clothes. The Russian decided to name his organization “Gnome-Gnomych”.
It is known that Rakhimov already has a company for the production of sports and knitted children’s goods.
According to the publication, Rudkovskaya, whose son Alexander Plushenko became famous in social networks under the nickname Gnome-Gnomych, reacted negatively to the entrepreneur’s actions. She thought that in this way he plans to make money on the name of the child.
“This is a brand that we have promoted. We have also applied for registration of a trademark a long time ago. We have accepted it,” commented the celebrity and added that “a friend from Penza has very little chances.”
In October 2020, Yana Rudkovskaya showed an expensive baby stroller and was criticized in social networks. In the footage, a celebrity is standing in the courtyard of his own house with his son Alexander, known in social networks as the Gnome Gnomich, and newborn Arseny, who is lying in a stroller from the Dior fashion house.
