Kremlin told about desire to complete “Nord Stream-2”

The Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline continues to face rough pressure from the US, but the Kremlin is focused on finalizing the project. So to the request to comment on the information about the impending American sanctions against the barge “Fortune”, which is to begin work, the press secretary of the country’s president Dmitry Peskov reacted, reports TASS.

According to him, Moscow will carefully study the new restrictive measures in order to understand how to resist them. Peskov expressed regret that Washington does not give up hope to stop construction.

At the end of December, the Danish authorities named Fortuna the vessel that will resume work on the gas pipeline.
