The construction of a joint crew of specialists from the Yuzhny Space Center, Research Institute of Launch Complexes named after V.P. Barmina (a branch of TsENKI) and the Scientific and Production Association named after S.A. Lavochkin (included in the perimeter of the State Corporation “Roscosmos”). The filling of the upper stage with propellants and compressed gases is planned to be completed on January 24, 2021. The launch of the Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with the Fregat upper stage and the Arktika-M spacecraft, scheduled for the end of February this year, will be performed from the 31st launch pad of the Baikonur cosmodrome.
