Coffee has a rejuvenating effect due to the content of elements useful and necessary for the body: caffeine, vitamins, minerals, linoleic acid and antioxidants. Dermatologist, cosmetologist Stanislav Arkannikov named this product in an interview with Sputnik radio.
According to him, the merit of the anti-aging effect of the drink lies in antioxidants that bind free radicals. “Free radicals are chemical compounds that we receive every day from a negative environment, with improper nutrition, with nervous breakdowns, stress. All free radicals that we receive from the outside trigger the aging process in our body,” the dermatologist explained. p>
Arkannikov added that antioxidants must be consumed to slow aging. They come in pill form, but it is easier to consume natural antioxidants, which in addition to the benefits are enjoyable.
The cosmetologist explained that some of the properties of coffee are actively used in cosmetology. The caffeine it contains helps fight puffiness and acne. “Caffeine stimulates the lymphatic system, so if a person drinks a sufficient number of cups of coffee a day, then the face and the whole body will not swell. (…) Also coffee normalizes the action of the sebaceous glands. Doctors have noticed that patients who drink coffee regularly do not suffer from problems such as acne, “said the doctor.
He recalled that the generally accepted norm of coffee is two to three cups a day, although for each person the maximum amount of drink may be individual. The cosmetologist stressed that coffee should not depress and lead to a state when drowsiness, dizziness and other negative phenomena occur. In case of excessive consumption of coffee, excitement will flow into inhibition.
In November 2020, Viktor Tutelyan, the chief freelance nutritionist of the Russian Ministry of Health, revealed to the Russians the safe amount of coffee that can be consumed per day. The doctor recommended drinking no more than three cups of coffee a day, but not before bedtime. According to him, this amount of caffeine stimulates the human body and encourages action. The specialist added that caffeine can disrupt the daily routine. In addition, he denied information that coffee drinks must be taken with water.
